At Pinchos, there is always something happening – and as a combined head waiter + bar, you will be one of the most important people on site. You set the mood, keep order, stay one step ahead, and ensure that guests have a WOW evening. 💥

This is a part-time position where you start in service/hosting and gradually get trained in the bar.

✅ You start as a head waiter/server ✅ You will be trained in the bar (and make drinks) ✅ On weekdays, you often work alone and manage the restaurant:

• greet guests 🤝

• assist with the app/concept 📲

• create flow in service 🔥

• make drinks and keep the bar tidy 🍸

• maintain order and ensure everything feels professional ✨
